| | I have always had dry skin with tight pores, now I am 46 and am getting holes in my face. I use tazorac at night and mary kay during day including serum c, day solution with spf25, anti-aging moisturizers and always cleanse my skin good. How can I be getting enlarged pores? Am I using too much product? I have flip flopped a lot with differ products. What procedures/products are good for this |

Acne, Scarring And Concealing |
| | I am 46 years old and have had hormonal acne since I was 12. My acne has gotten much worse the past couple of years and I have seen numerous dermatologists that prescribe items that are too harsh for my very sensitive skin, or medication that makes me sick. First, I need a good skin care regime that doesn't iritate my skin, or burn the skin around my eyes. ( I will get a rash around my eyes, and my eyes will get very puffy) Right now I have 4 lesions that I picked at, and they are extremely red, and are just beginning to scab. What can I use to help them calm down, and start to heal. Also, what kind of concealer would you use. I have some that are just too thick and magnify the problem, or they don't cover enough, and by the middle of the day they are visible again. Thank-you for any help you can provide. While all of my friends are trying to get rid of their wrinkles, I am still trying to get rid of my pimples and the mess they leave afterwards!! |

My skin is often itchy and irritated, it's like my skin is angry. And I get breakouts, in one area mainly.. right on my jawline. When I put on moisturizer, any moisturizer, it feels good at first but then between 30 min and a couple of hours later it feels dry, itchy and irritated again - but to the touch the skin feels a bit oily. almost like the cream was never really absorbed. my skin is often a bit red too. i am naturally blonde with fair skin. not alabaster, but definately fair. Can you recommend any products that will calm my skin? |

Rash |
| | It seems as though I am allergic to any kind of lip stick or lip gloss. After applying, my lips get really irritated and burn. For days thereafter, I have little red patches on my lips - almost like sun burn. I've literally tried every type of product out there and they pretty much all do the same thing. What's The Best Acne Treatment For Me? |

I am 30 and have mild adult acne that really only becomes problematic when I wear sunscreen. I want to wear sunscreen every day but the pimples are driving me nuts! I wear various types of Neutrogena non-codomogenic sunscreens. I'm looking for a good
cleanser that I can use with my Clarisonic brush that will counteract my sunscreen induced acne without drying my skin out. Murad acne cleanser is too drying. So is the Clarisonic acne cleanser. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Alternatives To Neosporin |
| | Hi. I cut myself with a razor (self-injury), very superficial cuts, and I don't want it to scar, so I've been putting on lots of neosporin & bandaids. My skin rashes where the bandaid adhesive was, and also, there is a rash (small bumps, reddish) over the area where i applied the neosporin, and the lines of the cuts are especially bumpy and red. It itches a lot. What can i do to ease the itching and make sure i don't get scars? |

I am 37 years old, have somewhat sensitive skin with rosacea. My skin can get quite oily at Tzone even though on my chin the skin is dry and flaky.
I need a skin care routine that will address the listed concerns. It does NOT need to be limited to one brand. I want the best products for each area of concern. I have used
is Clinical Active Serum and Nia 24 scrub (still use a couple of days a week) and liked both lines.
My mains concerns are:
• Eyes: Puffiness, fine lines
• Face: dark spots, redness, large pores and blotchiness. I would love to even out my skin tone and prevent/treat fine lines
• Neck: I would like a product that would promote firmness. I had a chin augmentation and lipo in that area and seem that my skin needs some firming.

Acne And Water |
| | Hi, I suffer with occasional breakouts when I am back home in the UK but I am currently in Australia and my skin has turned really bad. I have small under the skin spots all over my forehead and have breakouts all over my face. I have visited here a few times and this seems to happen to my skin everytime I am here. I drink a lot of tap water and this is the only thing I can think of that is making my skin so bad. Could this be possible? and is there anything you can suggest that will improve my skin? apart from not drinking the tap water.

Chronically Chapped Lip With Apparent Red Marks |
| | I have had problems with licking and biting my lower lip. Now the inner section of my lower lip is chronically very dry with peeling skin, and also with redness and a small dark red mark all in the same area. Is there a remedy or cream that can help heal the inner part of my lower lip? Acne-7 Years Of Blackheads |
| | I have had acne problem since i was a teenager and hit puberty, right now i'm 19 and my skin has started to calm down. Its less oily, and sensitive. I havent gotten any huge zits for about a year. My biggest concern now is my blackheads that wont leave. There not new ones, there old blackheads that have been there from the start so i dont know what to do without leaving a scar on my face.
