hello i am a 65 yr old woman who has horrible hot flashes still after 10 yrs. i am looking for a waterproof black eyeliner. i have been using a jane iredale black pencil but is not up to the task lately. i dont like liquid liner. would prefer one i can sharpen to a point. i would first look for chemical free but if cant find i would go the next safest route. thank you
