Q I have suffered from chest acne for the last year. After i get a huge cyst and it goes away, a tiny white bump that looks very similar to milia or a whitehead pops up. They are not that noticeable but really bother me. I have about 30 of them all over my sternum area between my pecks. I was wondering what i could do to make them go away. Could i get them injected or have laser therapy? Any help would be appreciated.
A

Unfortunately these types of lesions can last indefinitely if left untreated. Dermabrasion can assist in removal of these as well as laser and chemical therapy treatments. If these do not work subcision is often recommended. Best skin care wishes.
