Hi, I’ll be 40 in July and have tried to take of my skin over the years but not consistently. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m turning 40 this year but getting a good skin regimen is weighing heavy on my mind and there are countless products out there that I’m not even sure where to start. My skin is extremely sensitive/combination. I cannot use anything with salicylic acid as it drys my skin out really bad or makes it feel like it’s burnt. I’m oily in my T-zone and can use 3 oil blotting sheets by lunchtime. I do have visible pores on my nose/cheek area and fine lines under my eyes along with dark circles, which I’m sure my insomnia doesn’t help. I have an expression line on my forehead from lifting my eyebrows over the years and lastly the skin right in the middle of my neck I’ve noticed seems a little looser. I feel like I’ve tried so many products on and off over the years that I’m just confused what to do now. On the plus side I’ve always used a moisturizer with spf. In my dreams I would love to have the dark circles gone, the fine lines under my eyes and expression line on my forehead no longer visible or or less visible and the skin on my neck firmed. I don’t know where to even begin especially with how sensitive my skin is. Thank you for your help and time and I’m sorry this is so long but I wanted to provide as much detail as possible.
