I have suddenly gotten small bumps on my chin, forehead, in between eyebrows and besides the eye area. I have many whiteheads on my nose. I didn't have this problem before and they occurred suddenly. Some are whiteheads that keep on appearing in the same place and they don't go away fully. Some just look like skin-colored bumps that aren't itchy. I am an athlete that spends many hours under the sun. I'm not sure what to use as I have normal-oily skin. What can I do to get rid of the bumps and prevent it from happening again and what are some good sunscreens that don't clog pores?
