A Winter Sangria Recipe That Tastes as Good as It Looks

BY Lauren Salerno · October 18, 2016

Merry, merry, merry. This holiday cocktail is going to make you and your guests just that. Inexpensive and easy to make, this seasonal cocktail is beautiful to look at and tastes delicious. It’s also fun to put together! Watch this video and get ready to be inspired—and thirsty.

Here’s what you need:

1 cup of fresh cranberries

1 green apple (think Granny Smith), chopped

1 pink apple (think Braeburn, Fuji, Royal Gala), chopped

¼ cup of sugar (optional)

2 sprigs of rosemary

1 can of club soda

½ cup of white grape juice

1 bottle of pinot grigio

Combine all the ingredients in a pitcher, stir and let sit for at least an hour before serving. This will allow the sugar to dissolve and all the flavors of the fruit, liquids and rosemary to combine.

When serving, scoop the fruit into the glass and then add the liquid. Decorate with more rosemary and a festive straw!
