Jan Marini Clean Zyme is a supplemental home care exfoliation product that digests dead skin cells without harming sensitive or irritated tissues. This potent cleanser allows other resurfacing agents to reach the skin more effectively, with desired skin rejuvenation, acne, hyperpigmentation and scar reduction results more rapidly obtained.
- May be used for any skin cleansing, but is essential companion to SKIN ZYME.
- Apply evenly to entire face (avoiding eyelids). Gently thoroughly massage cleanser into skin; allow to remain for 2 to 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Clean Zyme can be incorporated into any skin care management program as a supplemental product. Recommended usage can range from 1-4 times per week.

Works for my sensitive skin

Not for me
I absolutely love Jan Marini products, in fact, the skinzyme mask is my favorite mask ever, so I thought I would love this cleanser just as much. The main issue I have with it is the overpowering smell and feel of alcohol, and if I remember right, it’s the second ingredient on the list. I thought it would be gentle enough to use it daily, but it dried my skin after using it for three days. Will not repurchase and would not recommend .

Irritating
I am very much used to any acid, salicylic, retinol, etc. But this cleanser has a high amount of alcohol (read the ingredients) which made my skin super dry, itchy and irritated. Such a shame, since it actually does the job, great for unclogging pores, but at what price!

Great Gentle Cleanser
I use this cleanser a few days following a procedure or peel. It is very gentle and non-drying. Skin feel squeaky clean after using it. Make sure to apply to damp skin and leave it on for 2 minutes, then wash off with a wrung out wash cloth.

I used this prior to the mask.. it is hard to rub around your face which causes you to use a lot of product. On its own I don't think there is much exfoliation going on but as long as it's used with the face I feel like it benefits my skin
