Specifically formulated to help protect skin that burns easily, La Roche-Posay's Anthelios Melt-in Milk Body Face Sunscreen Lotion Broad Spectrum SPF 100 is a broad-spectrum, oxybenzone-free sunscreen for the face and body. A pioneer in UV protection research for over 15 years, La Roche-Posay, with Anthelios, is trusted by dermatologists worldwide for its advanced formulations in UV protection. Formulated with exclusive Cell-Ox Shield® Technology, UVA/UVB filters, antioxidants and broad-spectrum SPF 100 protection, this lightweight, water-resistant and fast-absorbing lotion melts into the skin without leaving a white cast behind.
Key Ingredients:
- Cell-Ox Shield® Technology: A key antioxidant technology in the Anthelios sun care range. It combines photostable UVA/UVB filters to deliver broad spectrum protection and powerful antioxidant protection. With Senna Alata, a tropical leaf extract known to defend skin cells in the upper layer of skin against damaging free radicals caused by the sun.
- Vitamin E: Tocopheryl acetate is a synthetic, more stable form of vitamin E. It has antioxidant properties to help neutralize damaging free radicals.
- Dimethicone: A silicone-based polymer used as a skin protectant to help reduce water loss.
- Glycerin: Derived from vegetable sources, it's an excellent humectant. It helps hydrate skin by absorbing water from the surrounding environment.
- Vitamin B5: Panthenol (provitamin B5) is a key ingredient used in some La Roche-Posay formulas to help the skin feel soothed and moisturized.
- Silica: A type of powder with a spherical bead shape that provides a silky feel and soft focus effect. It is lightweight and is able to absorb a significant amount of oil from skin.
- La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water: A soothing water sourced in the town of La Roche-Posay in France and a core ingredient in most of our products. It contains a unique combination of minerals, trace elements, and a high concentration of selenium, a natural antioxidant.
Key Benefits:
- Oxybenzone and Octinoxate-free sunscreen for face & body helps protect sun-sensitive skin and skin prone to burning from UVA (aging) and UVB (burning) rays with our highest SPF level of 100

Happy Summer Person
I bought this suntan lotion to try before I go on vacation later this year. It has been working out great and will buy again. It feels nice on the skin and is not oily.

Staple spf
This product is such a staple everyday-wearing SPF. It's not greasy and it wears pretty well, just not under makeup.

Found my “go to” sunscreen !
Sensitive skin, rashy-tendencies, wrinkly, aging, sunburn prone, “fussy skin altogether” is what I deal with day to day. (I know it’s diet related.) So finding a “go to” sunscreen that would even be do-able, let alone okay, and maaaybe really nice … has been a lifetime challenge for me. So when I sampled this one, it came as a complete surprise, and hands-down, a huge success! It “delivered”. And I’ve never gone back. It’s been 1 whole year, living in the hot, humid tropics, with the blazing sun, using this product, and it has protected me 100 %. I’m so satisfied. Try it. Even works under makeup!

Very nice but irritates undereye area when kept out of it
I like that this product is spf100, affordable, unscented, and rubs in well. It also layers well. However, this product leaves my undereye area very red even though I don't apply it above my cheekbone. The first time I used it, I applied all over my face and noticed the redness. Since I use a purely physical sunscreen on top, I decided I would just use this one on my nose, cheeks, chin and forehead the next time and then would apply the physical sunscreen over my whole face, including the undereye area. I still get the undereye redness even when I do this. If I use just my physical sunscreen, with out this one, I do not have any problems. I will still use this one when I know I will be in the sun for a long time, since it's spf100. For everyday use though I have been layering EltaMD UV Clear under EltaMD Tinted Physical and I have no problems.

Fantastic
This is hands down the best sunscreen! Im not a fan of thick sunscreens especially on my face. This is very light & protects so well. My young daughter had some type of sun allergy issues a couple times while visiting florida ... it was quite scary as her face even puffed a little as well. I found this sunscreen & have been using for 2 years now. It protects her skin so well & she hasn't had any issues since! Will continue using this in our routine most definitely!!

Great SPF but avoid eye area
Enjoyed this overall. Only drawback is it didn’t hold up to sweat and did begin to burn my eyes. However, since it’s the high octane stuff (SPF 100!), I should have known. Still a big fan for all areas other than around the eyes.

Greasy and very painful if it gets near your eyes
I wanted to love this because I love the SPF 60 melt in milk as a body sunscreen, but I made the mistake of putting this on my face. It's very greasy and made me break out (I never break out.) Also, if you sweat and it gets near your eyes, it REALLY stings. Going back to EltaMD.

just ok...
I wanted to love this, but it's kind of greasy and does not really sink into the skin well

Great sunscreen
This is one of the best high spf products that I've tried both in terms of appearance and texture. It also does not irritate my sensitive, rosacea prone skin which is rare for me especially with chemical sunscreens. My skin tends toward oily and this is definitely shiny on me though not as shiny as some and though I am fair skinned I find this leaves a slight white hue on me. Overall this is a fantastic sunscreen.
