Over time, daily shampooing causes color to lose its intensity; altered by repeated color-treatments, hair becomes dry and brittle. In order to preserve long-lasting radiant color and repair damaged hair, René Furterer has selected two active ingredients. Okara extract, a plant active ingredient similar to keratin protein, helps repair and restructure hair, while hamamelis extract helps lock color in keratin to preserve its intensity. René Furterer’s research has created a special color protection index, the CPF (Color Protection Factor). This factor indicates the percentage of color protected and maintained thanks to the Okara Protect Color range.

Permed hair requires gentle shampooing and in-depth treatment in order to better preserve its radiance and strength. With Okara extract, soy protein similar to that found in keratin, hair is restructured and repaired.
