I am trying to remember when I started taking the Phyto hair supplements, it’s been a decade if not longer. I have fine hair and I treat hair health and growth treatments as important as I do my skincare regimen. I have tried substituting other brands at both comparable and higher price points and always go back to these vitamins. The times I have switched to a new brand and give it a couple months, I always notice a decline in my hair health and go back to Phyto. Highly recommend these and the Phytocane treatment (I use the ampoules once a week or every two if I am consistent, if I go off them I use them twice a week for two weeks and then adjust and space the treatments out)

Not quite sure
I've been using this for about three months now, on my second bottle. I was really hoping it would do a lot for my nails buy I only notice minor results. My hair on the other hand does look much better. To be honest I don't know if it's worth it unless you really need some help in the hair and nail department.

Promising Supplement
I'm extremely skeptical about supplements, though I've just finished my first bottle and I notice major changes in my nails. Some of my nails are damaged and are therefore extremely rigged and bumpy. After using this for two months I can tell that the new nail coming in looks much better than it used too. Didn't fix it 100% but I wasn't looking for a miracle, just results. This product delivered. I'm not a very good judge on what it has done to my hair though.
