"It takes the place of any exfoliating I was doing in the past and had I had to stop using those products because it became to irritating to use them all together. It does make me break out a little but the product also helps heal any blemishes very quickly. It also has a mild moisturizer which is nice or my face would be to dry. I like the cream, however, it has not helped with melasma (brown spots)which is really what I wanted to eliminate. I would order it again and use the 15 percent for my T-zone and order the 30 or 60 for my cheeks which is where most of the melasma is. I also wish all of the Dermstore products had expiration dates on them so I would know if they were still effective or not."
