Description: Designed for intolerant and reactive skins, Neutralizing Cleanser cleanses, tones and immediately calms the most sensitive skins to restore their defense capital. This two-in-one milk/lotion cleanser helps restore fragile skin tissue defenses. The calming fluids also gently remove eye makeup while calming redness, reducing inflammation and repairing damaged tissue.
Recommended Use: Apply desired amount to fingertips, massage gently for 1-2 minutes. Rinse with tepid water. Follow with appropriate Phytomer lotion/toner.
