Water/aqua/eau, Butylene Glycol, Pentylene Glycol, Sodium PCA, Morus Alba Root Extract, Glycerin, Alpha-arbutin, Placental Protein, Phenoxyethanol, Serine, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Sodium Hyaluronate, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Acetyl Tyrosine, Paeonia Suffruticosa Root Extract, Pueraria Lobata Root Extract.
After washing face and patting dry, apply toner to skin with hands or DHC Silky Cotton. For best results, use with other DHC Alpha-Arbutin White products.
