Bliss Baggage Handler : Puff-reducing and hydrating under-eye gel with the strength of ten eye creams in one.
Description: Baggage Handler is hands down the best bet for fighting persistent puff or temporary fatigue-induced circles. Cucumber and cornflower extracts work with wheat proteins, algae extract and other ingredients to reduce the appearance of puff, bags and wrinkles, allowing the eye area to become bright and refreshed.
Recommended Use: Apply a small amount under and around each eye morning and evening.
