Using this toner makes your skin feel clean but I'm not too sure it's removing all the dirt and oil and the leftover makeup. With the price I don't know if I would pay to buy it again.

Directions

Shake well before use. After cleansing, apply toner liberally with soft cotton to face and neck. Follow with treatment and/or moisturizer.
