Neova Balancing Toner: Controls oily shine while revealing fresher, younger looking skin.
Description: The Balancing Toner is rich in natural ingredients. Astringent witch hazel keeps oil under control while silica absorbs oil deep within pores. Five fruit acids (lactic, malic, glycolic, tararic and citric) are blended together to rid the skin of dulling dead cells. Skin feels fresh and clean.
Recommended Use: After cleansing, shake well and apply toner liberally with soft cotton to face and neck. Follow with appropriate Neova treatment or moisturizer.
