Description: Better-Than-Waterproof Mascara is a truly stay-put formula for the lashes. Its rich, inky black color coats your lash line to add volume and drama. Better-Than-Waterproof Mascara works by ''tubing'' the lashes with a special formula that wraps each lash in a little blanket of nourishing liquid. The liquid sets to a flake-free finish that is easily removed by wetting the lashes and gently pulling the ''tubes'' off. This incredible technology allows you to have smear-free lashes, even while swimming!
