Recommended Use: Apply Carthame No-Rinse Day Time Moisturizing Conditioner after shampooing with Carthame Milk Shampoo, on towel-dried or dry hair. Apply a small amount with your fingers, working evenly throughout the hair from mid-length to end. Do not rinse.
