I haven't tried any other dry lip remedies, but I can tell you that I'm glad I gave this a try. It works quickly and even though I have to re-apply several times throughout the day, I feel like it stays...

What it is:
The only lip balm with 1% Hydrocortisone.

What it's used for:
CortiBalm provides protection for lips severely chapped by weather, cosmetics, sunburn or medication such as Accutane - with the added bonus of hydrocortisone that is not found anywhere else.

Dr. Dan's CortiBalm is an over-the-counter medicated lip balm made with a blend of beeswax, petroleum jelly, mineral oil and 1% hydrocortisone in a non-irritating base.
