Description: Begin your shadow application with Paula Dorf's indispensable Eye Primer, a creamy, light cream that creates a perfect foundation for color on lids. The Primer's silky texture amplifies color, and holds shadow in place all day.
Recommended Use: Apply sparingly with Paula Dorf Eye Primer Brush. "Pat" on entire lid from lash line to brow then blend out using smooth even strokes.
