I do believe it helps but not as miraculous as for others. I can definitely tell a difference especially when I tried on my brows where there are gaps.. That part I really like! I think the cost would...

Directions

Shake before use. Apply twice a day (morning and evening) to the eyelid skin at the base of the lashes (do not apply directly to the lashes). Can be applied to the eyelid skin at the base or both the upper and lower lashes and must be allowed to dry fully before application of eyeliner or mascara. One tube of SmartLash will last approximately 30 days with twice-daily use.
