When sprayed over wet hair, Flocker creates a more manageable head of hair for blow drying and styling into any look. Recommended Use: Shake the can well. Spray product into your hands, then rub hands together. For wet hair, work product through your hair, then blow dry or let dry naturally. For dry hair, work product through hair by “scrunching” with your fingers. Style hair further if necessary.
