Italian opalescent pigment is mixed and baked into a unique dome shape, creating the most velvety shadow texture you'll ever experience. The swirled colors may be used one at a time or mixed together for a lush, multi-dimensional hue. Lids are left wrapped in a shimmering layer of silky, illuminating pigment.
