Recommended Use: Adults and children 12 years and older: Two times a day, vigorously swish 10 milliliters of rinse for 30 seconds between your teeth and the spit out. Do not swallow rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing.

Children 6 years to under 12 years of age: Consult a dentist or doctor before using and supervise use.

Children under 6 years of age: Do not use.
