If adding a shine to a lipstick colour, dot the lipgloss at the centre of the lower lip and press the lips together repeatedly to spread across the lips. For fuller lips only use gloss on Cupid’s bow of the lip. To fill out lips use a lip liner along the edge of the lip line. For longer colour-stay, fill the whole lip with the lip liner colour then apply gloss on top.
