Description: Hydrogen-Ion Toner is formulated to both moisturize and normalize skin to its delicate pH balance. This unique toner includes B. Kamins' Bio-Maple compound technology to gently exfoliate and actively invigorate the upper skin layers while plant extracts and moisturizers provide much-needed conditioning. This gentle formula leaves the skin radiant, reawakened and refreshingly clean.

Recommended Use: After cleansing, spray directly onto face and neck or apply with cotton pad. AVOID CONTACT WITH EYES. Use morning and night.
