Work the cover treatment into the skin using firm pats with the pads of the fingers in a twisting motion. This ensures the product is being worked into the skin and not being wiped on/off. For dark circles or spider veins work the cover into every crease and fold. If needed use a brush or sponge corner to get into the corner of the eye. Blend out at the edges, softening into the skin. For blemishes/redness apply directly on top of the affected area and blend out set with a powder.
