"I've been using this kit for a few weeks now, and I definitely seem to have less bumps on my arms and thighs. I only use the body wash a couple times a week, but I try to remember the cream almost daily. I mix it with several drops of grapefruit seed extract, since I have read that some believe the KP is caused by a parasite (and the GSE is anti-microbial.) I didn't have severe KP in the first place, but I had tried neem oil, GSE, and sea buckthorn oil, and this seems to be giving better results."
