Blinc Kiss Me Eyeliner - Black: Kiss Me Eyeliner is specially formulated and will not smudge or run.
Description: KissMe liquid eyeliner's unique water-resistant formulation creates a dramatic look that will not run or smudge. It is easily removed without the use of makeup remover.
Recommended Use: Apply using the ultra-fine brush and allow 2 minutes to set. To remove, wet the area thoroughly with warm water and apply gentle pressure. KissMe liquid eyeliner will then slide off effortlessly without leaving any residue.
Ingredients:
Water, Ammonium Acrylates Copolymer, Proplene Glycol, Silica, Triethanolamine, Acrylates Copolymer, Isopropyl Alcohol, Sodium Dehydroacetate, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Proplparaben. May Contain: Iron Oxides (CI 77499).
