Contains lactic acid, an alpha-hydroxy acid, which acts as a hygroscopic humectant and an intracellular elasticizer.

Recommended Use: Smooth a small amount onto dry areas of your skin, particularly lower legs, hands and elbows or as directed by your physician. So gentle it can even be used on the face as a night moisturizer.
