Apply nightly after cleansing skin. Apply thin line to base of upper lashes (as if applying a liquid eyeliner) or brows where needed. Pat gently with clean fingertip to distribute evenly along base of lashes and onto lashes themselves. Lash is not intended for direct contact with eyes. If this should occur, rinse thoroughly with cool water.
