Description: The Line + Illuminate Pencil is a dual ended pencil for defining, lining, contouring and illuminating the eyes. Both ends feature velvety-smooth formulas that glide on easily for precise, fuss-free application without skipping. Ibiza includes a kohl black liner and a gold glitter illuminator. Apply the liner to the lash line and highlight the inner corners of the eyes, brow bones and even the lips with the illuminator. The illuminator may also be used as a color-coordinated cream eye shadow. Its slender size fits easily into any purse for on-the-go-use. Smudge-resistant, long-wearing and suitable for sensitive eyes.
