Description: Floral Toning Lotion is a gently fragranced lotion that refreshes, decongests and softens even the most delicate skin. Formulated with a high concentration of Floral Waters, it helps refresh and decongest the skin, allowing it to breathe.
Recommended Use: Spritz onto face after cleansing.
Active Ingredients: Witch Hazel, Rose And Chamomile Waters 20%.
Inactive Ingredients:
