Description: This once a day treatment is specifically developed for nourishing and enhancing the nails and hair. It helps hair and nails grow longer, stronger and healthier, resulting in a more beautiful appearance. As it replenishes the hair's body and radiance, it helps repair thin, brittle, peeling, cracking and chipping nails, leaving them looking smooth, shiny and healthy. Free of lactose, gluten, sugar and dye.
Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet daily. Tablet may be broken in half for ease of swallowing.
Active Ingredients: Biotin 3000 Mcg, Silicone Dioxide 100 Mg, L-Cysteine 50 Mg.
Inactive Ingredients: Di-Calcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Titanium Dioxide, And Triacetin.

"I like it because it's easy to take and most importantly, it works. For the past few years, I’ve had problems with my nails peeling or splitting or breaking.
