Lorac's oil-free neutralizer is a very light product. It does a nice job covering slight imperfections and provides a light base. It can be worn alone or with your favorite powder, blush, ect..

Like the under-eye coverage this gives. Can be used very close to the eye and at the inner corners, i do not use it all-over face.

Directions
