Directions

Apply Complexe 5 once or twice a week directly on the scalp, section by section. Massage in. A sensation of heat due to the activation of microcirculation may occur. Leave in 5 to 10 minutes. Apply the shampoo to wet scalp. Massage in a circular motion from the base of the neck forward. Leave in for 1 to 3 minutes. Rinse. Can be used everyday. Use Triphasic twice a week for one month to start the treatment, then once a week for 2 more months. Apply section by section to a clean scalp. Massage in to help the product penetrate the scalp. Do not rinse.Take 1 capsule of supplement per day with food for 3 months.
