The dual-ended packaging features the thick pencil tip at one end and a built-in smudging sponge at the other. A high-quality pencil sharpener is also included to re-shape the pencil tip for foolproof results. Tired eyes are revived, and the eye contour is gorgeously defined for a fresh, youthful finish.

When applied, the Optic Effects Eye Pencil features a predominately green hue.
