"I got this to use when I didn't feel like washing my face but wanted something a little stronger than a toner to clean my skin well w/o water. This does the trick. I have oily/clog prone skin and this doesn't break me out. Doesn't over dry out my skin but at the same time isn't very moisturizing either. It kinda brings your skin into the right pH balance. I also use this as a makeup remover and is def gentle enough to use on my eyes. I use this in the mornings if I am in a hurry and don't really have time to do the whole cleansing ritual and I also use this as a regular toner. You get a huge bottle for the price and is actually less expensive than other toners of the same amount."
