"The kit is easy to do and it seems to be working. I am only on week 4, but I have seen a reduction in my hair loss. I haven't noticed any new growth. The shampoo that comes with it is not enough for 12 weeks, so I had to order more. The ampoules are really weird the way you have to break them to get the product out. I use a towel and hold it in the towel and break it open. It breaks easy-it just seems a little medieval. The complex 5 only tingles a little. I saw some women say that the it burned really bad, but I did not feel that it did."
