This is a nice lip cream that absorbs into the lip and provides good moisture that lasts. I'm not sure it really provides any noticeable plumping, but my lips are definitely smoother and never get dry...

Directions

Apply liberally to lips and lip borders where moisture and enhancement are desired. Allow 30 seconds before applying lip color. Apply as often as needed.
