Directions

Stir one scoop (9.2 grams) of Restore Colon Cleanse with 8 oz. of water or juice and drink immediately. If mixture sits it will become too thick to drink. Take once daily. Best take on an empty stomach in the morning. Drink another 8 oz. of water directly after use. Consume plenty of water throughout the day to avoid constipation.
