Ideal for use after cleansing to remove traces of dirt, oil and makeup, and before moisturizing to prepare the skin for treatment. Recommended for normal to oily skin.

Water/Aqua/Eau, Lactic Acid, Citric Acid, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice.

Directions

After cleansing with appropriate PCA Skin cleanser, moisten a cotton pad with a small amount of toner and apply in upward and outward strokes over the face and neck. Use once daily or as needed.
