Directions

Make sure the unit is set to the 'OFF' position before inserting the plug into the electrical outlet.
Adjust the intensity of the massage by sliding the "Variable Speed Control" down for lower intensity, while up for the higher intensity.
Always use the device with the soft mesh cover on
Apply Nutra Luxe MD's Body Contour Creme. Massage the Creme with your hand into your skin until fully absorbed.
Move the therapeutic Body Massager slowly and gently without applying pressure over the treatment area in a circular motion.
Use the Therapeutic Body Massage System at least once daily in 10-15 minute intervals.
