Eyelash: Once a day at bedtime, apply a thin line of MD Lash Factor Ultima along the base of upper and lower hair follicles to a cleansed face. Make sure your skin is clean and dried prior to application. One stroke should be sufficient. Wait one minute for product to absorb before applying eye creams.
Eyebrow: Using brush applicator, apply once a day to clean dry brow base using short upward strokes following the desired brow shape. Apply onto the skin directly under the brow and not just on the brow, especially on the sparse area.
