For cracked or chapped lips apply the balm and leave several minutes. Massage the lips gently with a toothbrush or flannel and the dead skin should gently brush away. To ensure a sheer and moisturising finish, apply plenty of balm followed by the colour in an easy sweep. For a longer-lasting or intense colour allow the balm to sink in, pat the lip dry and then apply the lipstick directly to the lips.
