The actives are encased and delivered in a very sophisticated non-aqueous silicone gel delivery system, which acts as an invisible time-release transdermal patch, to transport the actives to the stratum corneum gradually, on demand. The actives are Ascorbic Acid and Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate.
