NeoStrata HQ Skin Lightening Gel PHA: Creates a uniform skin tone.

Description: HQ Skin Lightening Gel PHA lightens discolored skin such are freckles, age and liver spots or pigment in the skin that may occur from pregnancy of from the use of oral contraceptives.
Recommended Use: Apply a thin layer on affected area twice daily or as directed by a doctor. Children under the age of 12: consult physician.
Active Ingredients: Hydroquinone 2%
Inactive Ingredients: Aqua (water), Alcohol Denat., Propylene Glycol, Cluconolactone, Lactobionic Acid, Kojic Acid, Potassium Hydroxide, Polyquaternium-10, Oxalic Acid, Citric Acid, Arginine, Sodium Sulfite, Sodium Bisulfite, Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice)Extract, BHT, CI 19140 (Yellow 5), CI 17200 (Red 33).
