- Even before her big break as the first National Makeup Artist and International Trainer for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, Alison knew that her true goal was to create a line of cosmetics that would celebrate individual beauty. During her eight years as an exceedingly successful makeup artist for print and television, Alison worked with the beautiful faces of celebrities such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Aniston and Giselle Bundchen. Although she enjoyed her job and her passion for applying cosmetics continued to thrive, Alison decided it was time to realize her goal of becoming the inspiration for the average woman.
Along with her husband, Alison launched her cosmetics line in 2000. Using an antioxidant complex known as "Frutta di Vita," Alison revolutionized her line by including ingredients that would improve the health of the skin with every application. Now, Alison Raffaele's cosmetics line is loved by women and celebrities everywhere.

Hello! I'm Alison Raffaele, Founder and Creator of Alison Raffaele Cosmetics. After a 20 year search to find a concealer that actually covered my dark circles - and becoming a professional makeup artist in NYC along the way - I decided to take matters into my own hands and created what I considered the first "True Concealer" - a concealer that both covers AND blends into the surrounding skin AND comes in 7 skintones for a perfect match! And unlike other high coverage concealers, True Concealer is easy to use, never looks or feels heavy and doesn't clog the pores - so it is safe to use on blemishes, too.
In 2008, to meet the growing demand for safer, more natural cosmetics, I chose to "evolve" my formulas so that they are now 100% free of parabens, talc, synthetic fragrance, mineral oil...
