Acne Treatment Kit by Glytone

This product was very harsh. The toner smelled like nail polish remover! I looked at the ingredients (something I should have done before purchase), and the number one inactive ingredient is Acetone!! That stuff dissolves acrylic and nail polish! I cringed to put it on my face. I used it for a few days and as my face dried out, reddened, and burned I stopped. My skin is not normally sensitive. This product could be a great acne treatment - But I couldn't get past the chemicals long enough to give it a fair chance.

Protecting Hydrator SPF 30 - pHaze 7 by PCA Skin

I love this spf cream. I'm a college student in humid, South Carolina so I don't have a lot of money but I also don't want to run around campus pouring sweat from my forehead. This cream really helps and is the best spf protection I've ever had that allows for my yellowish African American complexion to not look shallow and grayish. I don't need much, so it lasts a while and I use it after washing my face with the pca complexion bar, using Thayer's witch hazel, an eye cream and then this hydrator. I was afraid that this hydrator would be too much with the witch hazel but it gives me a great, dewy complexion.The scent is very "clean" and light which is great because I don't want to go around smelling like an old, overly perfumed lady!

Absence - Light by Jane Iredale

its a white paste like primer, smells wonderfully pleasant. Little goes a long way as too much makes you look like the Ice Queen. Not a good look especially when i'm on the tan side. Does a good job of controlling oil and reduces need to blot face. Great that it already comes with SPF.

PurePressed Base SPF 20 - Riviera by Jane Iredale

Jane Iredale's products are very beneficial if you have problem or sensitive skin. In my experience though they do not have many colors for tan skin. Hopefully this will improve in the future!
