After nearly a decade in the liquor industry, Jeff’s doctor gave him the ultimatum- “shape up or dies young”. The young executive hired Josie, a personal trainer, to coach him back to health. During workouts, Jeff complained about nagging muscle pain and told her how existing pain relievers simply didn’t worked. She joked that we should make something especially for him.
