Answer Depending on what cleanser you are using, you may want to switch to something that is targeted for dry skin and is very hydrating. As for a moisturizer I would highly recommend using a hydrating toner first like Tamarind Tea Hydrating Toner by Juara. Give this enough time to set into your skin and follow up with Sweet Black Tea & Rice Facial Moisturizer by Juara. I've found that this combination of products can work wonders with hydrating your skin.

Moisturizers tend to "sit on top" or roll up when the have too much silicone or dimethicone in them. This ingredient is used as a filler for wrinkles and acts as a sealant to hold in moisture. This is found in a lot of cheap creams like Olay, since you see smoother results right away. Try looking for something without or with very little dimethicone.
